Endorsement Requirements
Meet the requirements of RFPNW (6 months or pre-sea training + 2 months sea time)
Sea Time
18 months while qualified as RFPNW or 12 months with approved training
Application Requirements
- Completed Application for Certificate of Competence and Physical Examination Report
- Submit copy of passport with application
- Submit Sea Service Letters or copies of discharge papers
- Include all copies of held licenses, Certificates of Competence, training certificates, completed assessments and training record book
